Managed IT · Cybersecurity · Recurring revenue

Grow managed security revenue from the businesses you want to serve.

We help MSPs clarify their security offer, become easier to find during buyer research, and turn new enquiries and existing accounts into suitable managed contracts. Led by a founder with a background in cybersecurity and SaaS, who has worked alongside MSPs, resellers and distributors.

  • Positioning around compliance, security posture and business continuity that resonates with executive leadership.
  • Content written for finance directors, operations heads and IT managers rather than generic tech jargon.
  • LinkedIn and account-based marketing targeting companies of 20–250 seats in your regional patch.
  • Nurture sequences built for 3–12 month contract evaluation cycles to capture buyers at renewal windows.
  • Marketing to the existing base: co-managed IT, security add-ons and contract renewals.
  • Maximising vendor MDF (marketing development funds) from Microsoft, SentinelOne and key channel partners.

We speak your stack

We understand the MSP model: MRR, seat economics, contract renewal cycles and the difference between fully managed IT and co-managed support.

01 · Strategic Focus

What MSPs and cybersecurity firms need from digital marketing.

We built the offer around recurring revenue, contract renewals and qualified opportunity pipeline.

02 · Funnels, CRM and automation

Most MSP enquiries die in an inbox.

You generate an enquiry, it lands in a shared mailbox, someone picks it up two days later between tickets, and by then the prospect has spoken to two other providers. That isn't a marketing problem, and no amount of extra traffic fixes it.

So we build the plumbing as well as the campaign: enquiry into your CRM or PSA automatically, routed to the right account owner, acknowledged within minutes, followed up on a sequence if it goes quiet, and reported so you can see where deals stall. For a business selling contracts rather than products, that's usually worth more than another channel.

  • Lead-generation funnels: landing pages and offers matched to the trigger that brought someone in, not one generic contact form doing every job
  • CRM and PSA integration: every enquiry captured with its source, campaign and page
  • Automated workflows: instant acknowledgement, task assignment, follow-up sequences
  • Conversion rate optimisation: fixing the site you already have before spending more to send people to it
  • Pipeline reporting: where enquiries come from, and where they stall
03 · Customer Base

Growth from the customer base.

Marketing to existing clients is the highest-ROI activity an MSP can undertake.

Attaching advanced security, co-managed IT services, backup verification, and strategic QBR preparation to expand contract values and protect retention across your entire client footprint.

  • Onboarding sequences: the first ninety days decide whether a contract renews in year three
  • Service attach campaigns: structured campaigns for cybersecurity add-ons, compliance modules and co-managed IT
  • Renewal and QBR support: material that makes the review a conversation about value rather than price
  • At-risk signals: identifying accounts that reduce ticket volume or stop engaging well before contract expiration

05 · What we'd run for you

The channels that work in this market.

Usually the website and search first, there's no point running outbound to a site that doesn't stand up when they check you out.

06 · Questions

Straight answers.

Do you actually know this market, or is it new to you?
Our background is in the cybersecurity industry, with years working directly with MSPs, resellers and distributors across email security, phishing, security awareness training, archiving and backup and DR, in commercial and customer-facing roles. There's a difference between being new to a market and being new to serving it, and we bring deep industry understanding.
Can we use vendor MDF to pay for this?
Often, and it's the first thing we'd check. Most vendors offer market development or co-op funds to partners and most MSPs never claim them, because there's nobody with time to build a campaign, submit it and evidence the spend afterwards. It won't cover everything, but funding part of your marketing without touching your own budget is worth an hour of paperwork.
How long before the pipeline looks healthy?
Six to twelve months, because you're waiting for contracts to come up for renewal and for incumbents to slip. Inside the first quarter you should see traffic, engagement from the right companies, and enquiries starting to land.
Will you work with our competitors?
Not in the same patch. Raise it on the call and we'll be straight about who we already work with in your region.
Do we own the accounts and the website?
Yes, every ad account, analytics property and website is in your name from day one. If we part ways you keep all of it, working, along with the history.
What does it cost?
Most ongoing partnerships sit between €1,500 and €2,500+ per month depending on channels and scope. Single-channel engagements start from €1,000. Websites and project work are quoted separately. If vendor funding is available it may cover part of it.
